UV resistant and chemical treated material extends service life beyond 10 years with minimal maintenance; smooth pan surfaces stay clean, dry and hygienic for healthy birds. Ammonia from manure is the main enemy of steel in poultry houses, and this coating handles it year after year.
Smart auger feeding, no waste: The electric motor driven auger transfers feed from silo to every pan, with adjustable schedules and feed level sensors that start and stop automatically to prevent waste and overfeeding. Motors from 0.75kW to 22kW on 380V three phase, with 220V and 415V options for your local supply. Feed level sensors also protect the motor from running empty, cutting wear and electricity cost.
Modular layout for any house: Adjustable pan spacing from 0.75m to 1m, 14 to 16 grids per pan, each pan serving 45 to 70 birds. Pan edge height adjusts for all growth stages, and flat or wave bottom pans are available. The system scales from 1000 to 50000 birds per house. One line can run several houses with the same control panel, simplifying management on multi-house farms.
