Two air types for clean grading: Choose the air suction type that pulls dust and light material out of the crop, or the blowing air type that blows impurities away as the kernels pass the sieve. Both leave the graded product cleaner and ready for packing, and both run on the same simple 220V supply.
Double layer sieve, precise size grading: The 2 layer sieve separates kernels into size grades from 1mm to 40mm with interchangeable screens, covering peanut kernels, soybean, grain and seed crops. One pass splits the batch into clear size classes, replacing hours of hand sorting. Screens switch to match the crop and the market grade you need.
Output from 1000 to 3000kg per hour: The series covers 1000, 1200, 2000, 2500 and 3000kg/h models, so a family farm starts with the small unit and a commercial line takes the large one. All models keep the same grading quality, with sieve sizes matched to the throughput.
Single phase 220V, 3kW motor: The 3kW copper wound motor runs on ordinary household power, with no three phase wiring. Set it up in the grading shed next to the sheller or cleaner and start the same day. Low power draw keeps the grading cost small per ton.
Pairs with our peanut sheller and grain machines: After shelling or threshing, run the product straight through the sizer to grade by size and clean out fragments. The same machine serves peanuts, beans and grains across the season, completing the on-farm processing line from harvest to market grade.
